May S. Chan

May S. Chan, MS, PMP, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and SVP of Process Analytics at Americor since March 2020. In addition, May is an Advisory Board Member for Customer Experience at UC Irvine and holds the title of Chief Member as of December 2021. Previous experience includes roles as VP of Product Management and AVP of Lead Management/Marketing/Data Analytics at Mr. Cooper from October 2013 to March 2020, and Process Engineer/Sr. Project Manager at Discover Financial Services from March 2007 to October 2013. May began a career in business analysis and project management with positions at Toshiba America Information Systems, ITT Industries-Jabsco Worldwide, and Rockwell Collins. May holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Washington.
