Glenda Roasa has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Glenda began their career in 1995 as a System Technician at Southwestern Bell Video Services and later worked as a Sr. Technical Support Representative at Getronics Government Services. In 2000, they worked as a Report Developer at Aeon Nexus and then as a Crystal Report Developer at Data Consultants, Inc. From 2002 to 2004, they served as a Technology Support Manager at i2, Inc. and then as a Consultant at Data Management Group. Glenda joined the Library of Congress in 2006 as an Information Technology Specialist, where they developed and maintained reports and data sources using Crystal Reports and Oracle. In 2016, they joined LuLaRoe as the owner and independent fashion consultant. Glenda also had a role as a Financial Information Management Analyst at the Corporation for National and Community Service in 2016.

Glenda Roasa obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Drawing from George Mason University, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Architecture with a focus on Architecture at The University of Texas at Arlington, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995.
