Prior to assuming the role of Vice President of Operations for Ameridial Inc, Terri achieved experience driving positive outcomes across Operations Leadership, Call Center Operations, Delivery Management, Risk Management, HR Management, Executive Leadership, and Process Improvement in multiple roles with Ameridial Inc and InfoCision Management Corporation positioning herself as a key member of each company and a driving force for growth. Terri holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Akron.
