Sarah Viana has extensive experience in client management and customer service across various industries. At Ameriflex since August 2015, Sarah has progressed through multiple roles, including Manager of Strategic Accounts and Senior Client Experience Specialist, demonstrating a strong focus on strategic account management. Prior to Ameriflex, Sarah worked at Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc. as a Newborn Hearing Screener and Patient Advocate, providing quality service and managing patient accounts. Earlier roles include Teller Service Manager at TD, where responsibilities included managing store operations and auditing teller work, and Assistant Store Manager at Limited Too, focusing on customer experience and talent development. Sarah holds certifications in BLS/CPR and is trained in Auditory Brainstem Response. Education includes a Certified Wedding Consultant degree from Penn Foster Group.
