Melvin Flippin

Melvin Flippin has extensive work experience, starting with their most recent role as Vice President of Customer Experience at AmeriGas, which they have held since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Verizon for over two decades, holding various positions including Director of Operations, Director of Customer Service, Associate Director of Customer Service, and Associate Director of Operations. Before joining Verizon, Melvin worked as a Telesales Representative at Signature Group, Inc. from October 1995 to October 1996.
