David Napier started their career as a Consultant at Dove Consulting in 1998 and worked there until 2002. In 2004, they joined Kaplan as the Director of Business Development and remained in that role until 2007. Napier then became the Vice President at Sterling Partners from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they joined the Meritas International Family of Schools and held various roles, including Vice President of M&A from 2009 to 2013, Senior Vice President of Regional Operations from 2013 to 2014, and Senior Vice President of Operations from 2014 to 2015. David then became the Head of Operations, North America at Nord Anglia Education from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Napier is the President and Chief Operating Officer at Amerigo Education since June 2016, overseeing the development of international student enrollments and programming in private schools in the United States.
David Napier completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Williams College between 1994 and 1998. David then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2002 to 2004.
