Damon Cummings

Damon Cummings has extensive work experience in workforce management and analysis. Damon started their career in 1997 as an Operations Specialist in the US Navy, where they served until 2008. After that, they worked as a Real-time Analyst at ICT Group from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they served as a Workforce Analyst at Nutrisystem, Inc. from 2010 to 2011. Damon then joined Independence Blue Cross as a Workforce Analyst from 2011 to 2013. Since 2013, Damon has been working at AmeriHealth Caritas, where they held various roles including Workforce Analyst, Capacity Planning Analyst, and currently as a WFM Lead Technology Analyst. In their roles, Damon has been responsible for forecasting, capacity planning, business reporting, real-time operations, and making recommendations to management.

Damon Cummings earned a Bachelor's degree in Network Security from Strayer University in 2014. Damon then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Strayer University in 2017. In 2018, they obtained additional certifications in "Developing Your Leadership Philosophy" and "Business Analytics Foundations: Predictive, Prescriptive, and Experimental Analytics" from Lynda.com.
