David Finkel

David Finkel has held several executive roles in the healthcare industry. David is currently the EVP of Specialty Products & Services and Strategic Business Operations at AmeriHealth Caritas. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer of Genomic Life and the Executive Vice President of Markets at CareSource. David has also held leadership positions at MedStar Health Plans, Liazon, Inovalon (Formerly MedAssurant), WellPoint, Inc., and Coventry Health Care.

David Finkel obtained a BA in Community Health from the University of Rochester between 1981 and 1985. David then pursued an MBA in Health Care Administration from both the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Baruch College, completing their degree between 1985 and 1987.
