Suzette Heitkamp

Suzette Heitkamp currently serves as the Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for the Ohio Plan at AmeriHealth Caritas since November 2021. Prior to this role, Suzette spent nearly nine years at CareSource, holding various positions including Associate Director of Financial Systems and Reporting, where responsibilities included managing a $6M implementation of SAP Analytics Cloud, leading a team of analysts, and enhancing financial reporting processes. Other roles at CareSource encompassed enterprise services management, product filing management, and business integration management focusing on Marketplace and Medicare Advantage initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Premier Health Partners and a Decision Support Analyst at Kettering Medical Center. Suzette holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Urbana University.
