Diane Gubran

Diane Gubran has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Diane has worked at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC since 2015, starting as a Servicer Oversight Manager and currently serving as an Associate Compliance Director. Prior to this, they worked at GMAC-RFC as the Director of Servicer Management from 2011 to 2015. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing thirty-four primary servicers and conducting annual audits. From 2008 to 2011, Diane was the VP of Quality Control & Training at the Homeownership Preservation Foundation, where they were responsible for maintaining the quality of member housing counseling agencies. Diane also held the position of 1st VP PMO at Countrywide Bank from 2007 to 2008, where they established and managed the project management office. Diane has been in the industry since 1986, having previously worked as an Institutional Client Auditor at Freddie Mac and as an EIO at GMAC ResCap.

Diane Gubran pursued their education in Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Organizational Studies from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, they pursued a degree in BIS Organizational Studies at the same institution, but the start and end years for this program were not specified.
