Randy Wiltshire

Randy Wiltshire has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Randy started their career at Flagstar Bank in 1999 as an AVP, where they worked until 2005. Randy then joined CF Bancorp as the Director of Mortgage Operations from 2006 to 2010. After that, Randy worked at AmeriHome Mortgage Corporation/Impac Companies as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations/Chief Credit Officer from 2010 to 2014. Randy subsequently held multiple executive roles at AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC, including SVP Correspondent Lending Head of Credit Operations from 2014 to the present, EVP, Head of Credit Operations from 2019 to the present, and currently holds the position of EVP, National Credit Operations.
