Andy Gracey, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of HR Operations & Talent Acquisition at AmeriLife since September 2022, Gracey previously held significant roles at WilsonHCG as Director of Talent Development and US Business Partnering, and at Syniverse as Sr. Global HR Business Partner. With a foundational career that began in educational program direction and client relations, Gracey has a proven track record of developing talent management programs, fostering leadership effectiveness, and enhancing organizational performance. Gracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Webber International University.
