Christina Ragone

Christina Ragone serves as the Senior Vice President of Health Distribution Operations and Chief of Staff at AmeriLife since June 2023, where responsibilities include collaboration with Health Distribution and c-suite leadership to align strategic initiatives with organizational growth objectives. Prior to this role, Christina held positions at Senior Healthcare Direct from February 2021 to June 2023, where duties included leading the Contact Center Enablement team that supported backend operations and performance analytics. Christina’s extensive experience spans over two decades at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where roles included Sr. Product Owner focused on automation technologies, as well as various leadership positions in workforce management, capacity operations, and business analysis. Christina is an alumna of Penn State University.
