Crystal Santillanes has extensive experience in distribution operations, currently serving as Vice President of Distribution Operations at AmeriLife since May 2012, after progressing from Senior Director of Distribution Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Programs Manager at Network Insurance Senior Health Division from January 2010 to May 2012 and as a Sales/Administrative Assistant at AutoTrader.com from August 1999 to February 2003. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, completed in 2008, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, also completed in 2008.
