Sneha Shah is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and organizational operations. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief of Staff in the CHRO Office at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC since May 2023, Sneha previously held roles at BNY Mellon from 2018 to 2023 as Chief of Staff for Global Operations & Technology HR and Vice President of Human Resources. Additional experience includes project-based positions at Barclays and JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on recruitment and stakeholder management.
