Kannikar Sethi

Kannikar Sethi has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as EVP of Corporate Culture Development at DTGO Group of Companies since June 2017. Prior roles at DTGO include SVP and VP focusing on people and leadership development. Kannikar founded The Ladders Co., Ltd. as a People & Organization Developer from November 2013 to June 2017 and also worked as an HRD Consultant at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi. Additional experiences include roles at Deloitte and Thailand Management Association in various capacities related to learning, development, and consultancy. Kannikar began a career in training and development at PPG Industries and has held positions at IT Professional Consulting Co., Ltd. and Software Park Thailand. Academic credentials include an MA in Developmental Psychology from Chulalongkorn University and a BBA in Business Computer from Assumption University.
