Timothy Burnsed

Timothy Burnsed is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit risk management and underwriting. Currently serving as Vice President and Credit Model Risk Manager at Ameris Bank since October 2016, Timothy has previously held positions such as VP Underwriter at the same institution and Credit Analyst at S Bank. Additionally, experience includes roles in loan review at The Heritage Bank and as a personal banker at Farmers and Merchants Bank. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services from Georgia Southern University and attended the Georgia Banking School and Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2006 to 2008.
