Mark Ford, MPA, FO, GIFireE, serves as a Career Fire Lieutenant and Deputy Fire Marshal for the Borough of Bellevue since April 2021. In addition, Mark holds roles as a Local Level Instructor at the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy and an Emergency Services Instructor at the Community College of Allegheny County, focusing on Hazardous Materials and Technical Rescue courses. Since February 2019, Mark has been providing technical rescue services for Amerisafe Group and responding to emergencies as an EMT and Rescue Technician with Ross/West View EMSA. Mark is also a Hazardous Materials Specialist with the Allegheny County Hazardous Materials Response Team. Formerly serving as Senior Minister at the First Christian Church of East Prairie and Firefighter EMT/Fire Instructor for the City of East Prairie, Mark has a strong foundation in emergency services and community leadership. Mark holds a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Emergency Services Management and is pursuing a Master of Science in Fire Executive Leadership.
