Anastasios "Andy" Omiridis has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Anastasios “Andy” is currently serving as the EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Principal Financial Officer at AMERISAFE, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to that, Omiridis worked at Kemper as the SVP, Deputy Chief Financial Officer & Principal Accounting Officer from September 2019 to August 2022. From 2017 to 2019, they held the position of SVP, Chief Financial Officer at Chubb. Omiridis also worked at Argo Limited as the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer from January 2013 to January 2017. Earlier in their career, they had a long tenure at AIG, where they held various positions such as VP, Chief Financial Officer - Central & Eastern Europe, VP, Chief Financial Officer Middle East, Africa, South Asia, VP, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and VP, Chief Financial Officer - Iberia, Central & Eastern Europe. Omiridis started their professional journey at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked as a Manager in Audit from 1993 to 1999. Anastasios “Andy” also had a brief stint at Scottish Reinsurance as the SVP, Chief Financial Officer & Head of Operations North America in 2006-2007. With their extensive experience in financial management and strategic leadership, Omiridis has proven himself as a valuable asset in the industry.

Anastasios “Andy” earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from Saint Joseph's University, graduating in the year 1990. Later, Andy pursued higher education and obtained an MBA degree in Finance & Accounting from Widener University, completing it in 1993. In 2008, they attended the NYU Stern School of Business for the Finance Executive Development Program (FEDP).
