Michael Kirchmair

Michael Kirchmair, CPA MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career as a Marketing/Sales Representative at Triad Systems in 1991 and later joined TD Bank as a Senior Account Manager. In 2000, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Urbancorp, where they served for nine years before joining First Capital Realty as the Vice President of Corporate Finance. In 2011, Michael took on the role of Senior Business Manager - Real Estate Investments at the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board. Michael later became the Chief Financial Officer at Great Gulf in 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Non-Executive Director at Terra Firma Capital Corporation. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in finance, real estate investments, and management, making him a valuable asset in the industry.

Michael Kirchmair, CPA MBA, received their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McMaster University in 1991. Michael later pursued further education and completed an MBA in Finance from McMaster University between 1992 and 1994. In 2008, they obtained a CPA degree from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario.
