Karen Champine

Karen Champine, SPHR, has over 18 years of experience in human resources and benefits management, primarily at Amerisure Insurance since 2006. Currently serving as the AVP of Total Rewards, Karen has held various key positions including Director of Total Rewards, Benefit & Compliance Manager, and Senior Benefits Analyst. Prior to this, Karen worked as a Senior HRIS Analyst and Benefits Administrator II at Amerisure Insurance. Earlier career experience includes a role as Business Manager at Orthodontics by Hyduk. Karen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Human Resources Development, and Labor Studies from Oakland University.
