Lindsey Racine

Lindsey Racine has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Underwriting Operations at Amerisure Insurance since June 2008. In this role, Lindsey leads a team focused on executing the underwriting strategy through defined goals and process enhancements, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and people development. Previously held positions at Amerisure include Technical Underwriting Manager and Agency Underwriting Specialist, managing a $14,000,000 book of business. Prior to Amerisure, Lindsey worked at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America as a Marketing Underwriting Specialist and intern, and at Wolverine Mutual Insurance Company as an intern in the underwriting processing department. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Insurance and Risk Management from The University of Olivet, graduating in 2008.
