Roslin Tyler has extensive experience in technology and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Service Desk at Amerisure Insurance since March 2016, after progressing from a Service Desk Analyst role. Previously, Roslin worked at Bartech Group as an Operations Technology Specialist and Help Desk Representative from June 2013 to March 2016, and at PNC as a Customer Service Representative from May 2009 to May 2013. Roslin began a career in management at Sam's Club, holding the position of Manager/Marketing from June 1997 to March 2008. Academically, Roslin holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Detroit Mercy, earned over several years, and an Associate's degree in American Sign Language from Macomb Community College.
