Allie Hoepker, RDN, CNSC, currently serves as a Clinical Liaison Dietitian at Amerita, Inc, having previously worked as a Spinal Cord Injury & Disorders Dietitian at the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System and as a Clinical Dietitian at the VA Central Iowa Health Care System. Allie has extensive experience in delivering comprehensive nutrition assessments, advocating for malnutrition coding, and developing nutrition care plans to optimize veterans' health. Allie has led initiatives for continuous quality improvement in clinical documentation and has facilitated training and competency assessments for various healthcare professionals. Educationally, Allie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from Iowa State University, complemented by practical experience in diverse clinical and community nutrition settings, including a dietetic internship and a community nutrition rotation in France.
