Devon Brosnahan

Devon Brosnahan serves as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief of Staff at Northwestern Mutual since August 2022, overseeing a cross-functional team across six business units, including Learning and Development, Technology Support, and Human Resources, while successfully implementing the EOS framework for leadership in Nebraska. Prior to this role, Devon was a Regional Manager at First National Bank of Omaha from January 2021 to June 2022, responsible for managing and coaching Financial Advisors across multiple branches in Greater Omaha. Devon's career began at TD Ameritrade in various roles, including Senior Financial Consultant and New Client Consultant, where expertise in client engagement and investment support was developed. Educational credentials include a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® designation from College for Financial Planning and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Capella University.
