William Locke has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the logistics industry. William served as the Regional VP, Business Development Loss Control Risk Analysis | Operations at AmeriTrust Group, Inc., where they managed a team of 40+ and oversaw a $5M budget. William also formulated strategic solutions for logistics implementation as the CEO of Executive Logistics Consulting, focusing on supply chain, warehouse, 3PL, and distribution logistics. As the Regional Vice President, Operations at YRC Freight, they maximized outcomes with strategic leadership over multiple operations and surpassed revenue projections by 30%. At OnTrac, they controlled a $20M budget and led multi-unit operations, growing market share from 30% to 80% in 5 states. As the Area Service Manager at DHL, they oversaw a large number of business service centers and successfully restructured global operations. Prior to that, as the Vice President of Project Management at Federal Express, they revamped global operations and spearheaded the opening of several facilities.

William Locke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Bellevue University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Six Sigma Global Institute in January 2018.
