Victor R. Noceda is a licensed real estate broker at Amerivest Realty since July 2015, achieving 22 million in real estate sales. Previously, Victor held positions as a real estate professional at the Lee County Property Appraiser and a property data intern at Miromar Development Corp., where responsibilities included lead generation. Early career experience includes working as IT support and a REALTOR® at REMAX Real Estate and serving as a sales representative for Metro by T-Mobile. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Florida Gulf Coast University and completed the Leadership Academy at Bonita Springs Estero Association of REALTORS. Education culminated in a high school diploma from Calvary Christian High School.
