Thomas Voorhees

Thomas Voorhees serves as the Executive Director, Fixed Income Trading, bringing over 30 years of experience in Credit Trading and Capital Markets to AmeriVet Securites.

Most recently, he worked as a Managing Director at Brean Capital LLC where he was responsible for Credit Trading, Syndicate and Liability Management.

Thomas has held senior customer-facing roles at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods (KBW), Barclays and Citigroup.

While at the investment banking boutique KBW, Tom spent time in all aspects of trading, distribution and liability management.

At Barclays, he had many senior roles including Credit Trading and was promoted to Syndicate, to help the company grow their footprint in the U.S.

Thomas also spent the early days of his career at Swiss Bank Corp, in a credit trading proprietary group.

Thomas has a bachelor’s degree in business economics from Adelphi University in New York and is registered with FINRA Series 7 and 63.
