Erica Pompa

Erica Pompa is an experienced professional in veterinary operations and project management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Workload Planning & Operations Enablement at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners since July 2025. Prior to this role, Erica worked at Petco for over eleven years, holding various positions including Manager of Vet Services Project and Reporting, Pet Services Project and Reporting Manager, and Services Support Manager, where responsibilities included providing Pet Services Support for Region 4. Additionally, Erica was a Practice Manager at Banfield Pet Hospital from February 2001 to January 2014. Erica holds a degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned between 2002 and 2005, and graduated from Sandra Day O'Connor High School in 2002.
