Michele Edelstein, MS and PHR, has over 25 years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Michele most recently served as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Amerlux LLC. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources and Learning and Development at Allied Beverage Group, LLC / Breakthru Beverage Group for five years. Michele also held a Vice President role at Winebow Inc. for 13 years, where they oversaw human resources and learning and development. Michele has extensive experience in various industries, including wine and spirits distribution, manufacturing, and retail. Michele has a strong background in recruitment and selection, employee and labor relations, benefit design and administration, compensation, training and development, and employment law. Michele is a results-oriented leader who excels in talent management and building strong employee and labor relations.

Michele Edelstein, MS and PHR, holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. Michele completed their Master's degree from 1991 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology from Montclair State University, between 1986 and 1991. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michele also holds certifications in various fields. Michele obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Society of Human Resources in December 2011. Furthermore, they achieved the WSET Level 2 certification from the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust in March 2015.
