Arvetta Powell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Arvetta currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Talent Management at Advantage Solutions since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Build-A-Bear Workshop in various roles, including Vice President of Human Resources from May 2020 to July 2023. Arvetta also served as Director of HR, Inclusion & Compensation, Director of HR & Inclusion, and Director of DiBearsity & Associate Experience during their time at Build-A-Bear Workshop from November 2011 to May 2018. Before joining Build-A-Bear Workshop, they were a Senior HR Director at Walmart Stores, Inc. from 1996 to 2011.
