Peter C Wells Jr. is an experienced design professional with a robust background in product design, industrial design development, and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Principal Designer for Insights & Product Design at Amerock Hardware since September 2013, Peter contributes to product insights and portfolio development, while previously holding roles in NPD Design & Engineering and project management. Prior experience includes project engineering at Newell Rubbermaid, where responsibilities encompassed new product development within the Hardware category, and lead design engineer at Consolidated Container Company, focusing on custom plastic packaging. Additionally, Peter has a history with Lucent Technologies as a Senior Technical Associate involved in central office engineering. Peter holds a Master's in Industrial Design from Georgia Institute of Technology, a Master's Certification in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in Mechanical Design Technology from Norfolk State University.
