Heidi Teno-Zerbo

Heidi Teno-Zerbo is an experienced professional in the field of international operations and trade, currently serving as Senior Operator Africa at Ameropa since January 2020. Heidi's role involves contract negotiation, shipment planning, Letter of Credit management, and communication with producers, suppliers, and customers, alongside extensive responsibilities in import/export documentation and invoicing. Prior to this, Heidi held various positions at Ameropa from 2008 to 2018, including Senior Operator for Europe & Turkey, where significant contributions included the establishment of the Istanbul office. Earlier roles included positions focused on specialty and soluble fertilizers, as well as export coordination at Konecranes. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
