Mark Rooney

Mark Rooney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the packaging industry. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Amerplast since 2020, Mark previously held key leadership positions such as CEO at R+S GmbH and Hansol Europe B.V from 2018 to 2020, and Vice President for Hygiene & Industrial at RKW SE from 2016 to 2018. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at Clondalkin Flexible Packaging, Divisional Sales & Marketing Director at Nampak, Managing Director at Chesapeake Branded Packaging, and General Manager at Chesapeake Pharmaceutical Packaging. Mark holds an MBA from Nottingham University Business School and a BSc in Production Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
