Emily Ladewig

Emily Ladewig has extensive experience in finance and accounting, starting as an Accountant at Central Iowa Family Planning Inc. in 2003. Emily then moved on to roles such as Accountant at Iowa State University - Extension & Outreach, Assistant Chief Accountant at Ames Laboratory, and Director of Finance at VenuWorks. Currently, they serve as the Deputy Director of Finance for Budget at Ames Laboratory, where they are responsible for budget development and management, financial planning, and funding requests to federal agencies. Their roles have involved overseeing financial activities, accounting, auditing, and human resources.

Emily Ladewig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting from the University of Iowa in 2000. Emily later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Colorado State University, graduating in 2017.
