Doug Denard has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Doug started their career at Herc Rentals in 1992 as a Branch Manager, where they successfully managed operations and customer service. Doug then progressed to various roles such as Senior Director of Training and Development, where they implemented and developed training programs to support the company's strategic goals. Doug also served as the Southwest Regional Operations Manager and Vice President of Field Operations & Administration, where they demonstrated their expertise in process improvement and implemented Lean methodologies across multiple locations.
Most recently, Doug joined AMES Taping Tools in 2017 as a Regional Vice President. In this role, they have contributed to the company's growth and success.
Doug Denard earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Connors State College between 1982 and 1984. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in the same field at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1984 to 1986.
