Nicholas Hall

Nicholas Hall is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and financial planning across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of the Strategic Resources Group at Ames Watson, Nicholas focuses on improving operations within portfolio companies. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Senior Director of FP&A, Pricing, and Strategy at Aqua-Leisure Recreation, LLC, where efforts included strategy development following key acquisitions. At CVS Health, Nicholas advanced digital initiatives, notably scaling a cloud-based AI personalization platform and launching a call center application. Earlier experience includes significant contributions as a Consultant at Parthenon-EY, where Nicholas developed growth strategies and conducted due diligence for numerous acquisitions. Nicholas's career began at Scotiabank, where leadership in product development and strategy for payments in the Caribbean and Latin America was demonstrated.
