Fabio Tosi is a CAE Engineer at AMET since April 2018, specializing in structural FEM calculations, full vehicle crash simulations, and regulatory analysis for passive and pedestrian safety. Prior experience includes an undergraduate engineering trainee at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where Fabio developed a virtual methodology for clutch thermal behavior prediction, and work as an aerodynamic engineer with Squadra Corse at Politecnico di Torino, focusing on aerothermal requirements and aerodynamic device design for a Formula Student car. Initial programming experience was gained at ISAE-ENSMA, where Fabio worked on heat pipe simulations. Fabio holds a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Politecnico di Torino.
