Stacy Drakeford

Stacy Drakeford currently serves as the Principal at Amethod Public Schools since June 2024. Prior to this role, Stacy held various positions in educational leadership, including Elementary School Dean of Students at Hoboken Dual Language Charter School and Middle School Dean of Students for grades 5-8. Additional experience includes serving as an Interim Mathematics Instructional Coach at Bedford Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter School and as Academic Dean at Hebrew Public. Stacy has also been a Dean of Student Culture at Unity Preparatory Charter School and held multiple roles including High School Counselor and Assistant Dean of Culture at Legacy College Preparatory Charter School. Earlier experience includes teaching Spanish and serving as a Naval Officer in the US Navy. Stacy holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Morehouse College.
