Mohsin Ghafoor

Mohsin Ghafoor is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business priorities. Currently serving as Vice President HR EMEA India & Finance at American Express Global Business Travel since July 2018, Mohsin leads the people agenda for a global workforce of 2000 employees. Prior to this role, Mohsin was a Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone, where responsibilities included enhancing the HR agenda for commercial areas and talent development. Mohsin's extensive career also includes leadership positions at Shell and Accenture, focusing on learning and development, talent assessment, and change management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a BA Hons in German and Business Studies from the University of Warwick.
