Joe Tristani

Joe Tristani currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance at HARMAN International since September 2025. His extensive experience includes roles such as SVP Finance for Consumer at Masimo from December 2022 to September 2025, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Transformation at Sound United from January 2013 to July 2022, where Joe managed significant financial operations and acquisitions. Joe Tristani has held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer at Sound United and Interim CFO at DEI Holdings, Inc. Additionally, Tristani is an active Board Member and Treasurer for Forte for Children, a charitable foundation focused on improving the lives of disadvantaged children. Tristani's career began as a Financial Planning Manager at Texas Instruments, followed by a role at Polk Audio, where Joe advanced from Controller to COO. Joe Tristani holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
