Charlie Rogers

Charlie Rogers has over 35 years of experience in pensions management, currently serving as Head of Pensions at Amey since September 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing costs and liabilities for approximately 65 pension schemes covering 20,000 employees. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Pensions Manager at Amey from 2008 to 2013 and managed company pension schemes at Endsleigh Insurance for nearly a year. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Zurich Financial Services from 1987 to 2008 as a Team Manager, where significant projects were executed, including the introduction of new pension schemes and system implementations. Charlie is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and completed education at St Benedicts RC in Cheltenham.
