Charlotte Sanders

Charlotte Sanders is an experienced professional in transformation and business improvement, currently serving as Head of Transformation and Change at Amey since April 2020 and previously as Principal Business Improvement Manager. Prior to this, Charlotte worked as a Management Consultant at Ignite Consulting from September 2014 to April 2020, and took a gap year in Australia for cultural immersion and travel between September 2013 and August 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Assistant at OCSL from July 2012 to June 2013, where responsibilities included executing marketing campaigns for prominent technology companies. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southampton, completed in 2012.
