Sarah Swain Pope

Sarah Swain Pope is an experienced professional in change and transformation management, currently serving as the Group Head of Change and Transformation and Programme Manager at The Key Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Project Manager at The Key Support Services from June 2021 to October 2022. Sarah's extensive career includes various positions at Hemsley Fraser from September 2015 to June 2021, where roles ranged from Senior Project Manager to Learning Services Co-ordinator. Sarah also held a position as a Claims Assessor at Cigna and served as a Customer Advisor at Skipton Building Society. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Cardiff University, earned between 2008 and 2011.
