Chris Turner

Chris Turner is an experienced professional in commercial management with a strong background in the construction and housing sectors. Currently serving as Head of Commercial at Amey since December 2019, Chris has held various leadership roles including Principal Commercial Manager, Partnership Director at Kier Group, and Operations Manager at Lakehouseplc. Prior experience includes positions at Keepmoat Group as Divisional Operations Manager and Mears Group PLC as Regional Director and Partnerships Manager, with responsibilities spanning responsive maintenance, planned works, and regeneration projects. Chris began the career at HAT Property Services, progressing from Quantity Surveyor to Branch Manager, primarily focused on social housing and Ministry of Defence projects. Chris’s education was completed at Arthur Mellows Village College from 1982 to 1987.
