Emma Charlton

Emma Charlton currently serves as the Business Manager to the CEO at Amey since January 2023. Previously, Emma held the role of Business Manager to Andy Milner, CEO, at Amey from October 2008 to December 2019, as well as serving as the Executive Personal Assistant to Andy Milner, MD Consulting & Strategic Infrastructure. Earlier experience includes the position of PA to the Logistics Director at Howden Joinery from March 2000 to August 2008. Emma is pursuing a Master’s degree in Executive Coaching at Hult Ashridge Executive Education, expected to be completed in May 2026, and is also working towards a BSc (Hons) in Psychology at The Open University, anticipated to finish in June 2024. Emma's educational journey began at Daventry tertiary college and Danetre school.
