Josh Philpot

Josh Philpot is an experienced electrician with a strong background in electrical installations and maintenance. Currently employed at Amey since October 2022, Josh manages electrical support for 43 schools, focusing on reactive maintenance, emergency lighting repairs, and coordinating with subcontractors and site teams. Previous experience includes a role at Thorn Electrical, where Josh completed NVQ Level 3 electrical installations and AM2S, as well as foundational education at Northampton College, earning Level 2 and Level 3 electrotechnical qualifications.
