Sarah Hale

Sarah Hale currently serves as the Social Value Manager at Amey since February 2020, after holding the position of Social Value Advisor. Prior to this role, Sarah gained extensive international experience while living and working in Australia from May 2015 to November 2019, where responsibilities included establishing new markets as an Area Manager. Earlier in Sarah's career at ISS Facility Services UK from January 2009 to May 2015, notable achievements included the introduction of the company's first Volunteering Guide and an increase in volunteering hours across the workforce by 89%. Sarah also played a significant role in the Corporate Responsibility team with a focus on community investment. The professional journey began as an Executive Assistant at Pace Global Energy Services in 2008. Sarah holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Surrey and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing from Imagine Education.
