Sue Racster

Sue Racster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and human resources management. Currently serving as the Group Social Value Manager at Amey since January 2023, Racster previously held the position of Corporate Social Responsibility Director at Ultra Electronics Group from 2013 to 2022, where support for the company’s ‘Positive Force’ CSR framework was a key focus. Racster has also held senior leadership roles in Ultra Energy, including Vice President of HR and Resource Capability Manager, emphasizing governance, risk management, and workforce competency in the Nuclear and Defence sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at The Enterprise and Skills Company Limited, where Racster successfully established a Social Enterprise Business. Racster holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science with Business Studies from the University of Gloucestershire.
