Stephen Bagnall

Stephen Bagnall is an experienced Project Director at Amey with over 20 years in highway consultancy, specializing in the delivery and management of high-profile Civil Engineering projects throughout Northern Ireland and the UK. Bagnall has a strong background in managing long-term consultancy services contracts and lifecycle and asset management contracts, consistently achieving successful outcomes for large multi-million-pound infrastructure projects. Previously, Bagnall served as Principal Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer at RPS and holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
